Application information

The application asks for contact information, country of residence, preferred training period, relevant experience, motivation and readiness for the practical and shared conditions of the training.

The initial application does not ask for medical details. If an applicant indicates that a private conversation concerning health, accessibility or participation would be helpful, the organisers will contact them separately.

Why the information is used

Application information is used to review the application, communicate with the applicant, arrange a conversation and, if the applicant is accepted, prepare the booking and participation.

The information is not sold or used to build advertising profiles.

Who receives it

Applications are read by the people responsible for selecting and organising the Keeper Training. Helen Möppel and Edina Csüllög lead this work. Authorised volunteer alumni may assist with applicant communication and practical arrangements when needed.

Access is limited to the information needed for each organisational task.

The website currently uses FormSubmit to transmit application forms by email. Email and website service providers process information only as needed to deliver and host these services.

Smoke Sauna Weekly

Smoke Sauna Weekly is a shared online meeting with Helen Möppel, Edina Csüllög, involved volunteers, alumni and applicants. Applicants choose what they share in this group setting.

When no private conversation is needed, the meeting may also serve as an applicant’s interview. Personal, health, accessibility or other private matters are discussed separately rather than in the group.

How long it is kept

Application information is kept while selection and follow-up are in progress. Information that is no longer needed is deleted. If an applicant joins the training, booking and payment records may be retained for contractual, accounting and legal obligations.

Your choices and rights

You may ask what information is held about you, request correction or deletion where applicable, restrict or object to particular uses, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

You may also contact the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate if you have concerns about the handling of your personal information.

Optional visitor measurement

The site offers an optional Meta Pixel setting to help the organisers understand visits to the website and the effect of public communications. Meta may receive browser and device information when the pixel is allowed. Meta Pixel is not loaded unless a visitor actively allows it.

Choosing “Continue without” does not limit access to the site or application. The choice can be changed at any time through “Privacy settings” in the footer.
